of the green areas.

- Common area Maintenance: service of cleaning and conservation of the
common areas.
- Patrimonial Administration: assures the preservation of the patrimony
through preventive maintenance and continuous inspections.
- Supervision/Condominium Administration: to manage, to co-ordinate the
condominium through professional management. The implemented technology
allows a management with total transparency.
- Technology: exclusive access to the condominium services trough
software, the residents are able to request all basic or pay-per-use
services.

Optional
services (pay-per- use):
- Laundry: reliable company for pick up and return clothes in the proper
apartment.
- Heavy Maintenance: a list of professionals available to the residents
for execution of different services, as: plumbing, electrician and
others.
- Heavy Cleaning
- Real estate Management: exclusive service for the owners who have
interest in renting the units and using notary's office services.
- Support and Implementation of Decoration of the Units: it makes
possible the investor to receive the unit totally decorated, ready to
live in or to lease.
- Other Services: travel agency, pharmacy, alterations, shoes repair,
etc.
