Florida has been a popular
destination for tourists and second home buyers for the best part of half a

destined to continue rising. The new investors are medium and long term
investors have different agendas. They are sufficiently liquid to pay 20-30%
deposit, they are buying properties for themselves and for the future.
As stock market investors are
aware, it is virtually impossible to buy at the bottom and sell at the top. What
happens instead is that investors buy as close to the bottom and sell as close
to the top as is possible. The same goes for the real estate market!
