The architect who designed the PHOENIX ІІ Holiday Complex is Mr. Alexander Sandev of ALVI OOD design bureau , Blagoevgrad, a member of the Bulgarian ICOMOS (International Council for Monuments and Sites) Committee . The building plot is property of PHOENIX ООD .
The Basement of PHOENIX ІІ has a floor area of 369 m 2. On this level are located the Restaurant-Tavern, Sauna, Steam-bath facility, Massage Parlour, Solarium, Fitness Centre and Ski Depot.
