Reservation
Prices
in Santa Maria are rising month on month - reserve an apartment
now at today’s prices for a deposit of just €2,000. The deposit
must be accompanied by a signed ‘Offer to Purchase’ (which will
be provided by Absolute Cape Verde). At this stage the apartment
will be blocked from sale. Within 10 days, you will need to sign
a contract with the vendor and pay 20% of the cost. The
remaining sum can then be paid in 4 equal payments over a period
of up to 18 months. Clients paying over a short timeframe can
become eligible for a discount on the purchase price.
Furnished
All
apartments come completely furnished with everything included:
- Full kitchen with all appliances, including all pots, pans,
plates, cups and even cutlery
- All living room furniture including TV, light fittings and
even pictures on the wall
- All bedroom furniture, bed sheets, bedside lights, bedside
tables, wardrobes etc..
- Fully equipped bathroom including towels
You will have the option to decline the furniture package. If
you choose to decline the furniture package, then approx Euro
9,000 can be deducted from the cost of the apartment. However,
due to the fact that the company buys & ships in bulk and also
has import taxes waived by the government – to source yourself
would cost in excess of Euro 20,000.
Maintenance
Maintenance
will be guaranteed by the developer to employ a recognized
maintenance firm to administer all aspects of maintenance,
including:
- Permanent monitoring service
- Cleaning and maintenance of the staircases
- Cleaning and maintenance of interior patio, paths, pool, yard
and car parking area
- Lighting of patio and paths
- Maintenance of gardens
- Collections and disposal of rubbish
- Maintenance of sewers
- Water, telephone and electrical supplies are paid directly to
the supply firm by you.
Timescale
Phase 2 (Block B) – Build scheduled to commence in autumn 2005
and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2007 (exact dates to
be confirmed) - NOTE clients can only have the keys to the
apartment upon full payment being received. The complete
development and aqua-park is targeted to be completed within 3
years.
